Our deep felt yearning is also into the untapped potentials of Rural Tourism , ably supported by Government of India Ministy of Tourism , in collaboration with United Nation Development Programme .
The objective of our programme is to attract reasonably affluent visitors away from major urban centres offerd in properties with facilities matching their expectations.
To achive the goals we set as our base philosophy of community development through various resoration undertaken in plantation destinations .
Funds we recives will be first used on the programme for ,developing the basic tourism infrastructure like accommodation and its furniture and fittings using local artisans ,crafts –people and architectiural idioms .
Our team with the support of NGO’s work through the self help group’s , emphasizing the participation of women , and capacity building by suggesting new designs and products which can be used in the restoration of Properties whitout losing its original character to suit today’s consumers.
For revival we encourage to trace the referances and materials that may exist with the legacies as most of the skilled artisans belong to ceratin familes commited to its chosen field of work on stone or wood through many generations .
We make oppurtunities to exchange the tales of their experiences and what their ancestors had spoken about their work centuries ago.
We support the artisans to be more confident , entusiastict and innovative .
We augement steady economic support from the revenue routed to us from various sources .
As always our aim is to co-exist in harmony making our world a better place to dwell.

- Rural Tourism is intended to energise local skills, economy and grassroots development
- Self reliance to the chosen villages in proximity to three plantation destinations of western Ghats two villages each in kerala ,Karnataka and Tamilndu.
- Empahis is given to the revivel of old stone masonary , carpentary , carving of inlays, pottery ornamental metal works , textile weaving dyeing printing and household utensils.M
