We select host’s who come into hospitality with a passion – with a hearty welcome in a unique way.An interaction which makes them at home and at ease, at the same time ensuring great privacy .
Eco-friendliness:
We put efforts in ensuring eco-friendly holidays. Along with convenient facilities, the enterprise with equal zeal ensures minimal harmful impacts to the environment.
We make sure our hosts are in the habit of hygienic reducing, reusing and recycling, of the natural resources. Suggest on eco-friendly waste disposal, minimal wastage of water, harnessing natural resources without challenging the environment. We encourage our hosts to serve organic food grown in their own garden.
Development of local community:
We strongly advocate the participation of the local community in all our endeavors. Whereby providing them with livelihood by generating employment opportunities, skill development and the simple joy of working hand-in-hand with the hosts as they are appointed as guides for village visit .. An opportunity is given to the villagers for cultural exchange; too showcase their art forms and special skills and at ceratin location used as trained guides for trekking and camping which support financially backward and deserving youth of these villages and communities for their education.
The guests are encouraged to buy from the local village shops, which displays the handicrafts of the villages.
Support agricultural enterprises by helping to find fair price for the crops in overseas markets at the time of fallen markets mainly for Tea , Coffee and spices which go through rapid fluctuvations.

We try our best to find the best of properties with every thing fresh and authentic to offer our guests. For example ,each home offer it’s own recipies unique to the home which is done by the Chefs and helpers which they must have been doing for the last 50 years – which they do from their hearts to the master’s friends from their imaginative cooking.
We educate the hosts about guest preferences in terms of basic comforts like very clean Linen and toilets freshness of the surroundings, mosquito proofing and Air-Conditioning were required rather than luxuries.
At the same time the hosts are encouraged to hold steadfast to their true and distinct lifestyle.
